Madonna is embracing a positive spirit as she bounces back from a recent health scare. The renowned pop sensation had to reschedule her “Celebration Tour” dates, which were initially postponed due to a bacterial infection that led to her hospitalization while at her New York residence in June.

After her stay in the ICU, Madonna’s long-time manager, Guy Oseary, announced the postponement of her tour’s launch that was initially set for July. Fortunately for her fans, there’s now an uplifting update. Live Nation, the event promoter, disclosed that the rescheduled North American tour dates will seamlessly follow the original UK and Europe dates. All previously purchased tickets for the initially planned shows will remain valid for the newly scheduled dates. Only a handful of performances had to be canceled due to unavoidable scheduling conflicts.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Live Nation conveyed Madonna’s regret for any inconvenience caused to her fans and expressed her desire to make it up to the markets affected in the future.

Regrettably, a few shows had to be canceled as part of the adjustments. These include the shows that were originally slated for July 27 in Tulsa, December 22 in Nashville, January 15 in San Francisco, January 18 in Las Vegas, and January 20 in Phoenix. The ticket holders for these canceled shows will be eligible for full refunds.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the tour’s commencement, which will be marked by four sold-out shows in London this October. Following this, Madonna will captivate audiences across several European countries, including Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands, throughout the remainder of 2023.
